My teaching philosophy is to create a positive, supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and thinking independently. I want to help my students become the best versions of themselves by providing them with opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge and receive meaningful feedback. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and it's my job to help them reach their full potential. I will assess my students using a variety of methods, including standards-based assessments, projects, and formative assessments. I will be open to feedback and adapt my teaching methods to meet the needs of my students. I will be aware of the different learning styles of my students and try to accommodate their individual needs. I believe that my role as a teacher is not only to impart knowledge, but also to inspire and motivate my students. I want to instill a love of learning in my students and show them that they can achieve anything they set their minds to.
