Passco360 is a product developed and operated by Adenat Solutions, a global technology company founded in Cape Coast, Ghana. For the purposes of the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and any applicable international data protection legislation, Adenat Solutions is the Data Controller responsible for all personal information processed through the Passco360 platform and associated services.
We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Passco360 platform. This includes:
Full name, email address, phone number, and profile photo provided during registration.
Mock test results, quiz scores, study streaks, question attempts, and AI-generated feedback logs.
School name, region, district, school code, and administrator contact details submitted at registration.
Class assignments, student–teacher relationships, homework records, and attendance logs within a school portal.
Enrollment records, attendance in live sessions, session recordings (if saved by the tutor), and whiteboard interactions.
IP addresses, device type, browser, operating system, and pages visited — used to optimise the platform for low-end devices.
For premium subscriptions or class purchases — payment is processed by our third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
Messages sent through in-app support, feedback forms, or direct email correspondence with Adenat Solutions.
