Terms of Service

By accessing or using Passco360, a product of Adenat Solutions Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please cease use of our services immediately. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including students, parents, tutors, school administrators, and visitors.

Passco360 is a digital educational platform providing past question practice, AI-powered explanations, mock examinations, live tutoring sessions, and school management tools for students and institutions across West Africa. Our services are designed to support preparation for BECE, WASSCE, and other examinations governed by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and Ghana Education Service (GES). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice.

To access premium features, you must create and maintain an account. You are responsible for: providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date registration information; maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; all activities conducted under your account; and notifying us immediately at admin@passco360.com of any suspected unauthorised access. Users under the age of 13 require the explicit consent of a parent or guardian. Students aged 13–17 are encouraged to register with parental awareness.

Passco360 offers a 30-day free trial for new users, followed by paid subscription tiers (Passco360 Plus at GHS 29/month or GHS 250/year; and Passco360 Premium at GHS 99/month or GHS 900/year). Subscriptions are charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via Paystack or other supported payment methods. Your subscription will not auto-renew without prior notification. All prices are inclusive of applicable charges. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with thirty (30) days' notice.

Users agree not to: use automated scripts or bots to scrape, download, or extract platform content; attempt to circumvent subscription paywalls or security systems; upload, share, or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, or in breach of copyright; impersonate other users, tutors, or platform staff; use the platform for any illegal purpose under Ghanaian law; share their account credentials with others; or reproduce and commercially distribute WAEC/GES examination materials.

All platform software, design, branding, original content (including AI-generated explanations, user interface elements, and custom question sets), is the intellectual property of Adenat Solutions Limited and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. WASSCE and BECE past questions and marking schemes are the property of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) and are used on the platform for educational commentary purposes only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any platform content without written consent.

Passco360 takes the privacy of its users seriously. Personal data collected during registration and platform use (including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and usage data) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data is stored on secure servers and processed solely for service delivery, platform improvement, and communication purposes. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@passco360.com.

Adenat Solutions Limited provides the platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Adenat Solutions shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of data, study continuity, or exam results; or damages exceeding the total subscription fees paid by the user in the preceding three months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or gross negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive conduct, or engage in any activity that harms the platform or its community. You may close your account at any time by contacting admin@passco360.com. Upon termination, your access to premium content ceases. Subscription fees paid for unused periods are non-refundable, except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any dispute arising from the use of the platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the High Courts of Ghana, Accra. Adenat Solutions' registered address is Adenat Solutions Limited, Accra, Ghana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
