1. Data Controller
Passco360 is a product developed and operated by Adenat Solutions, a global technology company founded in Cape Coast, Ghana. For the purposes of the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and any applicable international data protection legislation, Adenat Solutions is the Data Controller responsible for all personal information processed through the Passco360 platform and associated services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Passco360 platform. This includes:
Account & Identity Data
Full name, email address, phone number, residential address, and profile photo. For students, this includes guardian contact information and institutional IDs.
Academic Performance Data
Mock test results, quiz scores, study streaks, question attempts, and AI-generated feedback logs.
Institutional Data
School name, region, district, school code, administrator credentials, and institutional claim tokens used for verification.
Classroom & Enrollment Data
Class assignments, student–teacher relationships, homework records, and attendance logs within a school portal.
Online Class Data
Enrollment records, attendance in live sessions, session recordings (if saved by the tutor), and whiteboard interactions.
Device & Usage Data
IP addresses, device type, browser, operating system, and pages visited — used to optimise the platform for low-end devices.
Payment Information
For premium subscriptions or class purchases — payment is processed by our third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
Communication Data
Messages sent through in-app support, feedback forms, or direct email correspondence with Adenat Solutions.
3. How We Use Your Data
Adenat Solutions processes your data only for legitimate purposes directly related to providing the Passco360 service:
- To create and manage your account and school membership.
- To deliver personalised past questions (WASSCE, BECE, SAT, etc.) and AI-powered study plans.
- To enable teachers and school administrators to monitor student academic progress.
- To power live and recorded online classes, including whiteboard and session tools.
- To process school registrations, verify credentials, and manage class enrollments.
- To send essential transactional notifications (e.g. join request approvals, class schedules).
- To improve platform performance, especially on low-bandwidth networks.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
- To comply with legal obligations under Ghanaian and applicable international law.
4. Data Security & Storage
All data is stored on secure, industry-standard infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). As an IT-first company, Adenat Solutions employs rigorous access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews to protect your information.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.
6. Institutional Rights
Schools registered on Passco360 retain ownership of the institutional data generated within their portal. School administrators may:
- Request a full export of their school's data at any time.
- Request deletion of their school account and associated data.
- Manage which teachers and students have access to their portal.
- Review and approve or reject student and teacher join requests.

7. Children's Privacy
Passco360 is designed for Senior High School students, many of whom may be under 18 years of age. We take the protection of minors' data seriously:
- We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
- Students under 18 who join through a school portal are assumed to have parental or guardian consent, as facilitated by the school institution.
- We do not use student data for targeted advertising or profiling.
- If you believe a minor's data has been collected without consent, please contact us immediately for prompt removal.
9. Your Rights
Under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012, and good global practice, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
