These terms govern use of all Passco360 services operated by Adenat Solutions. Please read carefully before using our platform.
General Terms — All Users
These terms apply to all account holders including students, tutors, and school administrators.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Passco360. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Passco360 platform, including our website, dashboards, live classes, exam preparation tools, school portals, tutor tools, parent portals, payment features, resources, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the platform, enrolling in a class, joining a school, teaching a class, uploading resources, making payments, or using any Passco360 service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Passco360.
2. Definitions
In these Terms: “Passco360,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to the Passco360 platform and its operators. “User” refers to anyone who uses Passco360, including students, parents, guardians, tutors, instructors, school administrators, school staff, and platform administrators. “Student” refers to a learner who uses Passco360 for exam preparation, online classes, school learning, private tutoring, bootcamps, or professional courses. “Parent” or “Guardian” refers to a user who links to and monitors a student or ward. “Tutor” or “Instructor” refers to a user who teaches, hosts classes, uploads resources, assesses learners, or earns through teaching on Passco360. “School” refers to an institution, training center, organization, or educational provider that uses Passco360 to manage learners, staff, classes, payments, resources, and academic activity. “School Staff” refers to teachers, administrators, bursars, heads of department, counselors, librarians, or other approved staff connected to a school account. “Content” refers to questions, answers, notes, videos, recordings, resources, assignments, submissions, messages, images, documents, live class materials, and any other material uploaded, created, shared, or accessed on Passco360. “Live Class” refers to a real-time online teaching session hosted through Passco360. “Exam Prep” refers to past questions, mock exams, practice questions, marking tools, performance analytics, and related exam preparation features.
3. Eligibility
You may use Passco360 if you are legally permitted to do so in your country or if you have permission from a parent, guardian, school, or authorized adult where required. Students under the age of legal consent must use Passco360 with the involvement or consent of a parent, guardian, school, or authorized representative. Parents and guardians may create or link student accounts only for children or wards they are legally or properly authorized to support. Schools and tutors must provide accurate identity, institution, payment, and teaching information when requested.
4. Account Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during signup, onboarding, profile setup, school joining, tutor registration, parent linking, or payment setup. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not share your account access with unauthorized persons. Passco360 may require users to verify their email, phone number, identity, school relationship, tutor status, or institutional role before accessing certain features. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that provide false information, impersonate others, abuse the platform, violate these Terms, or pose a risk to learners, schools, tutors, parents, or the platform.
5. User Roles and Access
Passco360 supports different user roles. Each role has different permissions and access. STUDENTS Students may use Passco360 to: • practise past questions; • take mock exams; • join online classes; • join school dashboards; • submit assignments; • access resources; • attend live classes; • view performance analytics; • receive feedback from tutors or schools. Students must not cheat, manipulate scores, impersonate other users, disrupt live classes, abuse tutors or students, or share restricted content without permission. PARENTS AND GUARDIANS Parents and guardians may: • link one or more children or wards; • monitor verified children’s classes, attendance, assignments, performance, payments, and school updates; • receive notifications related to linked children; • make payments where supported. Parents and guardians may only monitor children they are authorized to support. Existing student data must not be accessed without proper verification, consent, school approval, or invitation. TUTORS AND INSTRUCTORS Tutors and instructors may: • create and manage classes; • host live sessions; • upload and share resources; • assess learners; • review submissions; • track attendance; • set class prices where permitted; • receive earnings or payouts where enabled. Tutors must provide truthful qualifications and teaching information. Tutors must not exploit, mislead, harass, abuse, discriminate against, or endanger learners. Tutors are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the materials they upload or teach. SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS Schools may use Passco360 to: • manage students and staff; • host live classes; • assign resources; • track attendance; • manage assignments and assessments; • communicate with parents; • manage school access and payments where enabled. School administrators are responsible for ensuring that staff permissions, student records, fee settings, school information, and uploaded data are accurate and lawful. SCHOOL STAFF School staff may access only the sections permitted by their school role and permissions. Staff must not access, edit, download, or share student information outside their authorized duties. PLATFORM ADMINISTRATORS Platform administrators manage the Passco360 platform, user accounts, moderation, support, system configuration, payments, and operational controls. Admin access must be used responsibly and only for authorized purposes.
6. Learning Spaces and Dashboard Access
Student access may include one or more learning spaces, such as: • Exam Prep; • Classes and Tutors; • School Portal; • Private Tutor Classes; • Bootcamps or Professional Courses. Access to each learning space may depend on enrollment, payment, school approval, tutor approval, or subscription status. Passco360 may restrict access to certain classes, recordings, resources, payments, exams, school dashboards, or analytics if the user does not meet the required access conditions.
7. Live Classes
Live classes are provided for teaching, learning, discussion, assessment, and engagement. Users must behave respectfully in live classes. Users must not: • disrupt sessions; • share offensive or harmful content; • record sessions without permission; • impersonate another user; • abuse chat, microphone, camera, screen sharing, or classroom tools; • share private meeting links with unauthorized persons. Tutors and authorized instructors may control class access, mute participants, remove disruptive users, share resources, record sessions where permitted, and end sessions. Students may only join live classes they are enrolled in or authorized to attend.
8. Recordings and Shared Resources
Tutors, schools, or authorized instructors may share class recordings, files, links, notes, whiteboard snapshots, assignments, or other learning materials. Recordings and resources may be visible only to enrolled students, linked parents, school users, or other permitted users depending on the visibility settings. Users must not download, copy, redistribute, sell, or publicly share recordings or resources unless they have permission. Passco360 may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Payments, Fees, Commissions, and Subscriptions
Passco360 may support payments for: • exam preparation plans; • online classes; • private tutoring; • bootcamps; • school access fees; • school fees; • subscriptions; • platform services. Fees may vary by class, tutor, school, plan, country, or service. Where schools or tutors collect payments through Passco360, platform commissions, provider fees, settlement rules, or subscription arrangements may apply. Users are responsible for reviewing payment details before completing a transaction. Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes may depend on the specific class, tutor, school, service, or payment policy. Passco360 may withhold, delay, reverse, or investigate payments if fraud, abuse, incorrect payment, chargeback, policy violation, or legal concern is suspected.
10. Tutor Earnings and Payouts
Tutors may earn from eligible paid classes, private tutoring, bootcamps, or approved services. Tutor earnings may be subject to: • platform commission; • payment provider charges; • taxes or local obligations; • refund deductions; • payout thresholds; • verification requirements. Passco360 may require tutors to provide accurate payout details and identity verification before receiving payouts. Tutors are responsible for complying with tax, business, and professional obligations in their country.
11. School Payments and Fee Collection
Schools may choose payment models supported by Passco360, including school-paid subscriptions, student-paid access, school fee collection, or commission-based arrangements. Where schools set fees or access charges, the school is responsible for the accuracy, legality, communication, and approval of those fees. Passco360 may earn commission or service fees from transactions processed through the platform. Students or parents may be restricted from school dashboards or resources until required access payments are completed, sponsored, exempted, or approved.
12. Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of original content they upload, such as notes, resources, recordings, assignments, documents, and class materials, subject to the permissions granted to Passco360 for platform operation. By uploading content, you grant Passco360 permission to store, process, display, transmit, and make the content available to authorized users as needed to provide the service. You must only upload content you own or have permission to use. You must not upload copyrighted materials, exam papers, books, videos, or other protected works unless you have the legal right to do so.
13. Academic Integrity
Passco360 supports learning and preparation. Users must not use the platform for cheating, impersonation, unauthorized exam assistance, falsifying attendance, manipulating results, or violating academic rules. Schools, tutors, and students are responsible for ensuring that assessments, submissions, marking, and learning activities are used honestly.
14. User Conduct
Users must not: • harass, threaten, bully, exploit, or abuse others; • upload harmful, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content; • share another person’s private information without permission; • attempt to access accounts or data without authorization; • interfere with platform security; • misuse payment systems; • create fake accounts; • impersonate students, parents, tutors, schools, or admins; • upload malware, spam, or unsafe links; • use Passco360 for unlawful purposes. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take legal action where necessary.
15. Child Safety and Parent Access
Passco360 takes child-related data seriously. Parents and guardians may only link to children they are authorized to monitor. If a parent adds a child who is not yet on Passco360, the platform may create an invited student profile and send an invitation to the child’s email. The child may later activate the account. If a child already has an account, parent access may require verification, invitation, student approval, school confirmation, or other appropriate checks. Parents may not access unrelated student data.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Passco360 collects and processes user data to provide learning, teaching, school, parent, payment, and platform services. Data may include account information, learning activity, attendance, assignments, submissions, class participation, payments, profile details, uploaded resources, and communication records. We aim to protect user information and restrict access based on role, permission, enrollment, and verification status. More details may be provided in a separate Privacy Policy.
17. Platform Availability
Passco360 aims to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Service may be affected by maintenance, internet issues, third-party services, payment providers, live video providers, storage providers, browser permissions, or technical problems. We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue features as needed.
18. Third-Party Services
Passco360 may use third-party providers for video, live classes, payments, email, hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, or communication. Your use of certain features may also be subject to those third-party providers’ terms and policies. Passco360 is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.
19. Disclaimers
Passco360 provides learning support, exam preparation, digital classroom tools, and educational services. We do not guarantee specific exam results, grades, admissions, employment outcomes, scholarships, or earnings. Tutors and schools are responsible for their own teaching quality, class conduct, pricing, and educational promises. Students are responsible for their own study effort, participation, and preparation.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Passco360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of income, missed classes, poor exam results, payment disputes between users, or unauthorized sharing of content caused by user actions. Our liability, where legally applicable, may be limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, provide false information, abuse others, violate payment rules, infringe intellectual property, or create safety or legal risks. Users may also request account closure, subject to payment, school, legal, or record-keeping requirements.
22. Changes to These Terms
Passco360 may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
